- A minor or coursework in finance or accounting is a strong asset.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally supporting finance teams or financial systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with financial systems and technologies, including Data Warehouses, SQL, SAS, and ERP platforms like Oracle or SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- An understanding of ETL concepts, data structures, and data modeling is considered an asset.
- Experience with tools like Jira, ETL platforms, or RDBMS (e.g., Toad, MS SQL Server) is a plus.
- CPA designation, IFRS 17 experience, or knowledge of the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry are considered assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Why Join Us?
You’ll gain a broad perspective on financial systems integration, contribute to meaningful improvements, and grow alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. If you’re curious, analytical, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
