Job Description

We are hiring for the Senior Analyst, MD Office position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Director, MD Office. You will also work closely with the MD office team and other senior leaders to identify and execute high-priority initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic insights: Extract & analyze data from across the business to uncover trends, build dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead high-priority initiatives: Frame and execute cross-functional projects that deliver impact to our top and bottom line (e.g. Build investment proposals, uncover levers to increase GMV or reduce costs)
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and more to track performance and improve outcomes.
• Enable executive decision-making: Support leadership with key reports and analysis to guide company strategy and operations.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in roles that are analytical, fast-paced, and business-oriented—ideally in e-commerce, tech, consulting, or banking.
• Proficient in SQL / BigQuery and dashboard tools like Tableau.
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Slides, with a keen eye for visual storytelling through data.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities—resilient, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to work across diverse teams.
• Open to feedback and eager to grow—humility and curiosity are a must.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
