Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team and be involved in the development of innovative blockchain products. In this role, you will be at the forefront of blockchain technology, driving product planning, design, and execution while staying aligned with market trends and the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Design:

• Responsible for blockchain product research, product design, output PRD, prototype and other related documents.
• Develop product growth strategies and requirements in alignment with overall company goals and market trends.
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as the R&D department to promote the implementation and final delivery of the product online.
• Devise, implement and track key metrics for the product, analyse the effectiveness of activities, and make recommendations based on data and feedback to achieve the company’s long-term goals.

Industry Insights and Trends Analysis:

• Stay in touch with industry trends to be able to pivot the company’s product direction to stay relevant to consumers’ needs.
• Research, collate and produce relevant research reports for business growth.

Collaboration, Communication & Other Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal team members and external stakeholders to drive project completion efficiently, meeting project deadlines.
• Work on any other assignments/projects as needed on a day-to-day basis to facilitate smooth operations within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum 3 years of experience in product management for blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi or security products. Candidate with proven experience in DeFi or financial products preferred.
• Strong business acumen – The candidate should be familiar with the blockchain industry landscape and be in touch with the consumer demands as well as untapped opportunities of the industry.
• Proficient in using Axure and/or other product prototyping tools e.g. Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Great communication skills – The candidate should be able to articulate thoughts, and suggestions, persuade and negotiate respectfully and constructively.
• Excellent project management skills to multitask to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.
• Proactive self-starter and a team player that strives to accomplish team goals.
• Proficiency in Chinese.
