About The Role

This role is required to be part of HIA Digital & Commercial team to develop and maintain digital systems. This role would help HIA IT design, develop, test, deploy and support digital applications for passengers and business users.

The role would involve learning new technology stacks and implementing the new skills in-line with the priorities. The ideal candidate would have strong written and oral, communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and support of HIA Website & Kiosk Apps across the team’s portfolio.
• Experience in designing and developing themes in Drupal is a must have.
• Rich experience in developing front end applications using latest web technologies.
• Must have experience of web design tools including but not limited Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe xD.
• Participate in various phases of project life cycles including design, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment and support.
• You must have good experience in front-end development using popular web development technologies e.g. NodeJS, React.
• Experience developing AI/NLP applications using Python is good to have.
• Must be able to identify, troubleshoot and mitigate application performance issues by providing solutions accordingly.
• This role is important in delivering benefits to passengers and business users through good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure within a dynamic landscape.
  
  

Qualifications

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in web design & development is required.
• Strong experience in developing apps using technologies such as React, Node.js and PHP, html/css.
• Strong experience in designing using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe xD.
• Experience deploying & maintaining web applications is a must have.
• Knowledge of using Version Control tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub is required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of international frameworks such as ISO 20000, ISO 27001 with ITIL v4 certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills is a plus.
