We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp design sensibility and a passion for visual storytelling within the health, fitness, and wellness industries. This person should demonstrate the ability to create compelling, cohesive brand experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints—particularly where aesthetics, performance, and lifestyle intersect.
This role requires the ability to elevate a brand through refined, contemporary design, with an intuitive understanding of what resonates with a premium fitness audience. You will be expected to take ownership of the brand’s visual direction, generate innovative creative concepts, and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to visually express brand initiatives, promotions, launches, and member-facing communications.
- Lead the design and execution of digital and print assets including campaign visuals, social media content, web graphics, marketing collateral, digital signage, presentations, motion graphics, merchandise, and environmental branding.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that resonates with an aspirational, wellness-driven clientele.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic messaging into highly engaging visuals that elevate the brand image.
- Participate in creative direction and execution for photography and video content to ensure brand consistency and visual alignment.
- Ensure all design outputs meet high visual and technical standards across platforms, resolutions, and formats.
- Stay ahead of visual trends in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, and digital culture to bring fresh perspectives to the brand.
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines, often under tight timeframes, while maintaining polish and attention to detail.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to wellness, fitness, sports, or luxury/lifestyle markets.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design capabilities in After Effects are a strong plus.
- Portfolio that demonstrates a refined, modern visual aesthetic and excellence in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing creative for both digital and physical environments (e.g., social campaigns, landing pages, gym signage, packaging, digital screens).
- Familiarity with responsive design, UX/UI fundamentals, and visual systems across web and mobile.
- Strong grasp of branding principles and the ability to apply them in a cohesive, scalable manner.
- Elevated taste level with a creative vision that aligns with performance, wellness, and aspirational living.
- A sharp, clean design aesthetic with a natural sense of visual balance and proportion.
- Ability to think conceptually, communicate ideas visually, and execute with pixel-perfect precision.

- Proficiency in motion graphics, animated reels, and branded video assets
- Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with digital prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of responsive design principles and basic UX/UI design
- Experience preparing print-ready files for signage, apparel, and promotional materials
- Capable of designing across multiple screen resolutions and physical formats (web, mobile, LED, large format)
- Deep understanding of fitness, wellness, and lifestyle visual culture
- Experience working with health clubs, recovery studios, or performance-focused brands
- Sensitivity to visual language for premium and member-centric environments
- Understanding of campaign, program launch, and wellness service design needs
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines
- Works effectively with marketing, content, and operations teams to align design with objectives
- Comfortable contributing to visual direction during shoots and content development
- Strong interpersonal communication and feedback integration skills
