Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are developing a corporate AI platform that will become a core driver of our company’s growth and innovation. This platform will power intelligent solutions, automate processes, and unlock new opportunities across the business – making it one of the company’s most strategic initiatives.

To strengthen our internal Intellias team and accelerate this journey, we are looking for a Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code. In this role, you will design, build, and operate secure, automated cloud environments that form the backbone of our AI-powered solutions.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions

using Bicep for Azure resources, including but not limited with AI Foundry, Functions, Service Bus, Container Instances, Logic Apps, managed identities, networking, and RBAC.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated deployment and configuration of platform environments.

• Automate provisioning and configuration of Azure resources to ensure repeatable, reliable, and secure deployments.

• Implement and manage RBAC, managed identities, and Azure AD/Entra ID for secure access and compliance.

• Integrate platform components with enterprise connectors (e.g., MCP, Logic Apps, APIs) as required for platform delivery.

• Support configuration and deployment of Power Platform environments, including ALM and DLP policy integration, as relevant to infrastructure

automation.

• Ensure platform deployments meet security, compliance, and regulatory

equirements by integrating checks into pipelines and IaC workflows.

• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects, AI Engineers, MLOps, and Platform Engineers to support end-to-end automation, ensure

alignment with IT Strategy and integration.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment workflows for reliability and scalability.

• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of DevOps and IaC practices within the team.

• Stay current with evolving Azure and AI automation frameworks relevant to platform operations.

What you need for this

• 4+ years’ experience with Microsoft Azure in a DevOps or cloud engineering role

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Strong background in designing and automating CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based environments.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure resources (AI Foundry, Functions, Service Bus, Container Instances, Logic Apps, managed identities, networking, RBAC).

• Solid understanding of Azure security, networking, RBAC, and compliance concepts.

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is a plus.

• Experience integrating security and compliance checks into DevOps workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting AI/ML platform environments and workflows.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and governance in cloud

environments.

• Exposure to Power Platform configuration, DLP policies, and ALM processes.

• Familiarity with alternative IaC tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform) is beneficial; Bicep is preferred

• Experience working in agile teams and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
