Tasks

Position Overview

As a Machine Learning Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our ML operations (MLOps) framework, automating ML workflows, and ensuring the seamless deployment of scalable ML models. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain automated ML pipelines that support our ambitious AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automated ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
Explore and implement best practices in MLOps, including version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and automation tools to continually enhance our ML infrastructure.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, including experience with tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions)
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong expertise in automation/orchestration tools (e.g. Kubeflow, Airflow, Dagster, Dataform) and ML tracking/lifecycle tools (e.g. MLflow, Tensorboard)
Experience in working with database management systems (e.g. Postgres, BigQuery, Oracle)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English is a must.
Proven experience in data modeling and data modeling softwares is a nice-to-have.
