KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 % Need fulfillment of organization Career Dossier, Identification of needs through PMS, Upload on Poornata ELM
KRA2 Participant Satisfaction Training Program delivery
KRA3 % Adherence to Training calendar Creation of plan and execution
KRA4 Manager feedback rating Post Training effectiveness feedback by manager
KRA5 IDP completion (%) IDP written after DAC and activity completion status
