What are we looking for?

Here at Information Tech Consultants, we are providing a unique opportunity for entry level software developers to utilize our skills and expertise to become successful experienced mobile developers, working with several highly recognized UK and International companies.

The focus will be on developing mobile applications in the Android Operating System and complete training will be provided for the same. You will provide professional consulting services working onsite for start-ups, medium and large sized companies to build apps for Android smartphones and tablets. You will be working on large complex projects so you should be comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders and providing time driven results. Who are we looking for:

Applicants must be experienced working with the following:

Essential:

· Knowledge of a programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.

· Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Android SDK or iOS SDK.

· Understanding of mobile application development life cycle and deployment processes.

· Basic knowledge of user interface design and user experience (UI/UX) principles.

· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and basic knowledge of software development best practices.

Desirable: Experience with any of the following:

• C/C++
• JavaScript
• C# / .NET
• Familiarity with SQL or similar database structures and semantics
• Agile Methodologies

Qualifications and Attitude:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS or Related field.
• You should be entitled to work in the UK and must be willing to travel within the UK as per project/client demands.
