Web Developer

We are looking for Web Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and help build, test, and optimize email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing principles, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript, along with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML, CSS, and Bluecore’s platform.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Ensure email compatibility across devices and email clients through thorough testing.
• Maintain and update existing email templates and modules.
• Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email development or front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for interactive elements.
• Experience working with Bluecore or similar email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization.
• Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of accessibility standards in email.
• Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
