Job Overview 

We are looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer who will help us empower businesses with intelligent agents that augment human creativity.

As a member of our founding team, you'll work directly with our CTO and own our entire technical stack while laying the foundation for future growth. You'll be a key technical decision-maker, working directly with the founders to enhance and expand our existing AI agent platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of our AI agent platform from architecture to implementation
• Design and build autonomous AI agents that execute complex business workflows
• Make critical technical decisions that will shape our product's future
• Design and build scalable agentic systems, incorporating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Optimize and parallelize LLM training/inference processes to enhance system performance
• Establish engineering best practices as we grow the team
• Participate in the on-call process to ensure the stability of the system

Required Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with Typescript and Python, including hands-on work with FastAPI and/or Docker
• Proven experience building agentic workflows or ReAct-style agents, with expertise in generative AI and NLP (e.g., GPTs, CLIP)
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, with a track record of shipping production-ready features in AI/ML or distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly and deliver high-quality code, as evidenced by work on complex systems like recommendation engines or cloud-based pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes for deploying scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate about AI's transformative potential and closely follow AI-related news
• Startup experience (preferred) or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, such as developing prototypes to beta (e.g., RAG systems) or multi-agent query engines
• Experience creating and maintaining infrastructure on a cloud provider (e.g., AWS or GCP)
• Experience with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration
• Experience evaluating and optimizing agent workflows, including performance tuning for LLM inference or distributed computing
• Background in computer vision, recommendation systems, or audio processing (e.g., diarization, transcription), aligning with diverse AI project demands
