Project Manager (BIM)

Contract Length: 3-6 months

About the Company

A fast-growing specialist in Scan-to-BIM, delivering high-precision 3D building models that support efficient planning, renovation, and facility management are currently looking for experienced architects with skills in BIM to join them in a management position on a project basis

Essential Requirements

• 10 years experience as an Architect
• Experience in management roles
• Fluent German speaking skills

Desired Requirements

• Experience with Point Cloud is a bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Scan-to-BIM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate between clients, architects, engineers, and internal BIM teams to align on project objectives and requirements
• Oversee the transformation of point cloud data into accurate BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry and client standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project teams, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices
• Conduct progress reviews, quality checks, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle
