🔧 Core Responsibilities

The role blends development, support, and collaboration tasks:

• Application Development: Build and maintain Java-based applications following best practices.
• Requirements Analysis: Understand and interpret business and technical needs.
• Technical Investigation: Explore and propose solutions that meet defined standards.
• Project Support: Help the PM define tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Integration & Deployment: Integrate components, assist in system setup and deployment.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Handle 3rd-level support issues and optimize systems.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in debugging and quality assurance activities.

📚 Required Skills & Experience

This is ideal for someone early in their career but with solid foundational skills:

🎓 Education

University degree in IT or related field

💻 Java Development

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience

🗃️ Relational Databases

Experience with SQL and database management

🌐 Web Standards

Familiarity with CSS, cross-browser compatibility

🔌 APIs & REST

Experience working with and developing APIs

🧾 Issue Tracking Tools

Knowledge of tools like Jira, Redmine, etc.

🔄 Application Integration

Understanding of system interoperability

🧠 Agile/Scrum/DevOps

Exposure is a plus, not mandatory

🗣️ Language

Fluent English required
