DevOps Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes On-Premise)

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing continuous deployments for a mission-critical, real-time web application. This role focuses on Azure DevOps and Kubernetes in On-Premise environments. The DevOps Engineer will be instrumental in designing, automating, and securing the full lifecycle of our core applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate the full application lifecycle: build, test, deploy, and rollback in Kubernetes environments
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Manage and secure development, staging, and production environments
• Apply DevOps best practices with a focus on security, code quality, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to streamline delivery
• Document workflows and train internal teams to promote autonomy and best practice adoption

Profile / Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with Azure and Kubernetes (On-Premise)
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and management using Azure DevOps
• Hands-on expertise with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles: automation, security, monitoring, and code quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to document and transfer knowledge effectively
