About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in the energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world challenges around energy optimization, sustainability, and smart infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions that have a direct impact on energy efficiency and the transition to cleaner, smarter systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for energy demand forecasting, grid optimization, and predictive maintenance.
• Work with large-scale energy and IoT datasets to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Implement MLOps best practices (model monitoring, retraining, CI/CD for ML).
• Ensure scalability and robustness of solutions in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ML/AI research and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid knowledge of data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Pandas).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and workflow automation.
• A genuine interest in the energy sector, sustainability, and real-world impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
• Based in France (Paris preferred), with eligibility to work fully remotely.
