Data Scientist

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Apply a broad range of analytical techniques, including both generative and predictive AI methodologies. This encompasses GenAI approaches such as Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-tuning, Speech-to-Text, Agentic Applications, Image Generation & Interpretation, as well as classical statistical and machine learning methods.
• Leverage your strong Python programming skills to develop and deploy AI applications at scale using a robust technology stack.
• Present your insights and outcomes directly to senior leadership.
• Work with one of the most diverse and extensive datasets available in the market.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment that values innovation, lean methodologies, open communication, and a strong team spirit.
• Collaborate within an Agile team of experienced and supportive colleagues who prioritize knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Analytics.
• A Master’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and working with pre-trained models.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms such as Domino and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, etc.
• Practical experience applying GenAI solutions within the Finance sector.
