You’ll be responsible for improving, optimizing, and supporting the development of logistics services across Lithuania. If you’re passionate about finding smart, practical solutions and turning insights into tangible improvements, we’d love to meet you.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze existing service features and processes, identify areas for optimization, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate opportunities for new services, business lines, or value-adding features.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and other internal teams to digitize, streamline, and enhance service delivery.
- Provide expert support to internal stakeholders on service configurations, pricing, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market and competitor trends, share insights, and propose data-based solutions.
- Represent DPD Lithuania in collaborative development projects with Geopost and our Baltic partners (DPD Estonia and Latvia).
- Support cross-functional projects and activities within the company.
We expect You to have:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (logistics background is a plus, but not required).
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, service development, or project roles.
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with service optimization practices.
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
- Lithuanian and English – fluent (both spoken and written; used in daily team and regional collaboration)

- Salary 3300-3600 EUR gross (final offer depends on experience and skills).
