🧠 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all phases of Application Release Management, including go-live support and release documentation
• Analyze impacts of new software versions and applications on Legal Reporting solutions
• Collaborate with QA teams to oversee test phases (HP ALM)
• Configure and supervise scheduled jobs and execute key daily manual tasks (automation in scope)
• Manage virtualized environments (Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux RHEL/Ubuntu) and authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML)
• Support patching and upgrades as part of the Vulnerability Management process
• Execute operational tasks with SQL and Oracle databases (scripts, maintenance)
• Monitor system health and handle incident resolution
• Create and maintain technical procedures and recovery documentation
  
  

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Experience in application release management, ideally in banking environments
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration
• Familiarity with SQL and Oracle (operational level)
• Understanding of ITIL principles and IT governance best practices
• Experience in job configuration and task automation

🎓 Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in regulated environments
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluency in two out of three{​{:}} Italian, French, Englis
