FP&A Data Analyst

What impact will you make?

As a Data Analyst in our FP&A team, you’ll be at the heart of transforming data into actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into impactful dashboards, models, and analyses that shape strategy and execution.

What will you do?

• Acting as a trusted analytics partner to domain managers, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Building and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards that are both insightful and future-proof.
• Using Salesforce and other data sources to create meaningful reports and ensure consistent KPI definitions.
• Designing and analyzing experiments with statistical models to validate ideas and guide decision-making.
• Supporting the development of predictive analyses and contributing to strategies that identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Contributing to improving reporting tools and supporting data governance initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a SaaS international setting.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and Salesforce (must-have).
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with solid experience in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• A strong quantitative background (engineering, econometrics, sciences, or business analytics).
• End-to-end understanding of databases, data warehouses, APIs, and data integration processes.
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A self-starter mindset with eagerness to continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo.

Recruitment process

In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:

• An initial screening call with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
• 1st Interview with our FP&A and Business Applications managers (30 minutes)
• Case-study development (2-3 hours)
• Final Interview: CFO & peer combination (30 minutes)
