Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Champion IT security standards and oversee compliance assessments.
• Support risk management and monitoring across IT domains.
• Manage releases and applications with precision.
• Act as a bridge between IT departments and squads, removing roadblocks and fostering collaboration.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and security practices.
• Bonus: Technical knowledge of IT solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Familiarity with testing and incident/change management platforms.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
