We are looking for a skilled Quantitative Python Developer to join our Credit Risk team. You will work at the intersection of quantitative modelling, software engineering, and risk management, helping to build and maintain tools that assess, monitor, and forecast credit risk.

We are looking for a skilled Quantitative Python Developer to join our Credit Risk team. You will work at the intersection of quantitative modelling, software engineering, and risk management, helping to build and maintain tools that assess, monitor, and forecast credit risk.
About The Role
In this role you can expect to:
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools and libraries for credit risk modelling and analytics,
- Collaborate with quantitative risk analysts and model validators to ensure model accuracy and regulatory compliance,
- Design and support frameworks for capital calculation, e.g., Basel IV.
- An academic degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field,
- Knowledge in mathematics, statistics or econometrics,
- Strong Python programming skills, with experience in scientific computing libraries such as NumPy, pandas, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with statistical modeling, time series analysis, or machine learning,
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets,
- Ability to translate mathematical formulas and algorithms into functional code,
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing and maintaining python libraries,
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, CCAR),
- Previous open source contributions or active participation in developer communities,
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
