As a Product Designer, you’ll craft intuitive, user-friendly designs that millions of Truecaller users will rely on and love, enhancing their trust in all aspects of mobile communication. Join us and share your creativity with users across the globe.

The impact you will create:

• You’ll be involved in diagnosing and understanding the pain points in the user journey of various segments of Truecaller users.
• You will conduct user research interviews and usability tests to deeply understand user behavior, validate design hypotheses, and ensure solutions are user-centric and effective.
• You will generate ideas with your team to innovate on existing product features to improve the retention and win-back of users.
• You will generate designs primarily on the Android platform.
• You will work on prototypes, wireframes and collaborate with the product team on the design solutions. You will also have a chance to learn from other product designers across the organization.
• You will be nimble and work in an Agile team A/B testing to optimize learning and be willing to iterate your solutions and designs.
• You will deliver high quality design assets on time.
• You will have opportunities to collaborate with other BU teams within the organization to improve the overall user experience.
  
  

What You Bring In

• 4+ years of experience in designing for a mobile platform (preferably Android)
• Curiosity is the key for this role. We are looking for someone with an impressive portfolio of mobile UI/UX and a proven ability to learn new things.
• Good understanding of Android Concepts and user behavioral patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other equivalent interface design and wire-framing tools.
  
  

It would be great if you also have:

• Deep understanding of the role of typography, information hierarchy on mobile devices.
• Awareness of the distinct design patterns and user preferences in markets like India. ‘How many people know swipe, long press’ - if this question crosses your mind while designing, you are already there!
• Truecaller user (hopefully) and deep appreciation for the problem Truecaller solves for its hundreds of millions of users.
