Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and operations, with a passion for protecting and securing our organization's digital assets. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

Collaboration is key in our team, and you enjoy working closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure the highest level of security. At the same time, you are self-driven and capable of making independent decisions when needed. You have a natural curiosity for emerging cyber threats and continuously seek to expand your knowledge in IT security.

This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Head of Cyber Security & Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, using SIEM and security tools, to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Work alongside SOC to improve detection.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, mitigating risks before they escalate.
• Implement and maintain security controls and measures to protect the organization's information systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
• Lead and help organization with IAM implementation and requirements.
• Provide guidance and improve Access control management.
  
  

Qualifications

You are a proactive and analytical problem-solver with a strong passion for cybersecurity. In our fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, you thrive on taking initiative and staying one step ahead of potential threats. You have a sharp eye for detail, a critical-thinking mindset, and the ability to assess complex security challenges with confidence.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT security operations work.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with incident response, threat detection, and risk mitigation.
• Problem-solving skills and a critical-thinking mindset to assess and counter cyber threats.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical teams.The position requires the ability to express complex ideas fluently and spontaneously, requiring a C1 (advanced) level of Swedish & English.
