Senior DevOps Engineer

What project we have for you

Our client is looking for a Senior Devops to join their infrastructure team. You’ll work on a modern, cloud-native stack, supporting complex systems across AWS and GCP while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. You’ll drive automation, scalability, and observability, using AI tools and best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient infrastructure operations.

What you will do

● Manage and scale infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including VPC networking, IAM, and multi-account architecture

● Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD

● Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform

● Own container orchestration with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting

● Implement and support serverless architectures using the Serverless Framework and AWS Lambda

● Design and maintain observability stack using Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring/logging tools

● Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure security best practices

● Use AI/automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead

● Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call rotations as needed

● Communicate clearly and effectively with engineering and leadership teams

What you need for this

● 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments

● Deep experience with AWS (VPCs, IAM, Route53, ELB/NLB, WAF, Lambda)

● Familiarity with GCP services and cross-cloud strategies

● Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles

● Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD

● Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container lifecycle management

● Solid monitoring experience using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools

● Strong understanding of cloud security, secrets management, and compliance

● Comfortable with serverless architecture and modern deployment models

● Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams

● Curiosity and initiative to explore and leverage AI tools for DevOps automation

Nice to have:

● Contributions to internal developer platforms or platform engineering initiatives

● Experience with cost optimization in cloud environments

● Exposure to GitOps workflows

● Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
