YOUR ROLE

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, helping to shape internal digital products that enhance the everyday work experience of Capgemini employees. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your design skills in a supportive environment while making a tangible impact.

YOUR TASKS

  • Collaborating on internal projects to develop innovative business solutions that streamline workflows and enhance user experiences
  • Creating user-centered designs through wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
  • Supporting the full design process from research and ideation to final implementation
  • Communicating design concepts clearly to stakeholders and advocating for user needs
  • Contributing to sales presentations that help articulate our value proposition to clients
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Foundation in UX/UI design principles and methodologies such as user-centered design and design thinking
  • Basic understanding of the design process including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with basic user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and creating user personas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
  • Communicative English skills, both written and verbal

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
  • Basic experience in preparing product strategy
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering
