We are seeking for a HR Enablement (Operations) Associate to join our Talent Team.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws
• Maintaining and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
• 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
• Positive and team player personality,
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
