IT Infrastructure and Operation Manager

What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, you will be responsible for all IT Infrastructure, Network and Systems, including team management and will report to the IT Director.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics,
• At least 10 years of experience in similar positions,
• At least 2 years of experience in managing security audits and monitoring products,
• Having experience in Microsoft Windows Server architecture in large corporate structures,
• Having knowledge of setting up disaster recovery infrastructure and conducting simulations is preferred,
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

What You'll Be Doing?

• Conducting information technology infrastructure projects and integrations of domestic and overseas organisations,
• Conducting work on the installation, maintenance, and management of platforms, projects, infrastructure, and active devices for the information sharing of the company,
• Developing projects to ensure compatibility with the network infrastructure of the company by keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensuring the application of these projects by using relevant solution partners,
• Carrying out and managing all the planning, monitoring, management, problem solving, and coordination activities required for the systems to operate uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
• Designing, inspecting, and reporting of the Information Security monitoring and review checks,
• Taking a role in determining and managing risks related to Information Technologies security,
• Evaluating all information security incidents in the Information Systems (operating systems, network and security products, corporate applications such as SAP, and databases) and creating the necessary reports,
• Ensuring that systems are kept updated and are maintained,
• Ensuring the continuity of the architecture by being in communication with service providers and following up with the solving of issues,
• Developing the required processes and procedures for network infrastructure.
