About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). The ideal candidate will have experience in designing scalable RESTful APIs, working with AI-powered backend systems, and deploying production-ready services using DevOps best practices.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Python backend development.
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Django.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching (Redis).
• Comfortable working with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Sentry).
• Exposure to AI development tools, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc. is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS AI Practitioner) is a plus.

Experience in domains like FinTech, Cybersecurity, AdTech, or Cloud is a added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend systems.
• Build and secure RESTful APIs using FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Implement microservices architecture with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate with cloud services (AWS preferred – EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, frontend, and product.
• Apply API security best practices using OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring systems.
• Work on AI/GenAI integrations using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, AWS AI services.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
