Work Set-up / Work Type: 1-year renewable contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (exact timing to be confirmed)

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and system requirements
• Design flowcharts to illustrate software solutions
• Write efficient code based on feature specifications
• Develop user interfaces
• Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Design database architecture
• Test and debug Java applications
• Validate software functionality and security

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant Java development experience, familiar with conventional spring and spring boot frameworks, and have a solid foundation in algorithms.
• Familiar with Oracle/SQL/Teradata database operations.
• Candidates with experience in Fintech companies such as Alipay, securities firms, Lufax, Hengsheng Electronics, etc., will be given priority. Candidates with experience in ERP internal projects will be excluded.
• Experience in modern application architecture, design and implementation of Financial Systems/Platforms such as Core Banking, Back-end Payment Hubs, Financial reconciliation and reporting in highly regulated Financial Services industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with compliance projects and knowledge of KVC and other financial business common sense will be a plus.
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer science or related fields.
• Proficient in English reading and writing, and able to speak and understand English fluently.
