Assistant Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate comes from retail or the fast-moving consumer goods industry, bringing strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

As a senior member of the marketing team that comprises of 20 people across product, PR, digital, store divisions, you will play a key role in shaping the development and execution of product strategies/campaigns and driving impactful initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth. You will manage day-to-day operations, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful activations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute weekly product calendar and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights
  • Conceptualize, plan and launch end-end product marketing campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functions to manage end-to-end product lifecycle from launch
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and profitability, recommending actions to maximize results
  • Manage operational details including budget, to ensure timely execution of product and marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 6-10 years of experience in FMCG or retail industries
  • Experience in managing end-end product campaigns for a local market i.e. candidates with only regional/global experience will not be a fit for this role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Driven, resourceful, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
