About the Role

I am partnering with several leading crypto trading firms to hire Quantitative Researcher who is passionate about markets, data, and building high-performance strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Research and develop quantitative trading strategies across crypto markets.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and alpha signals.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement and backtest models.
• Monitor strategy performance and optimize execution in live environments.
• Stay up-to-date with market structure, exchange mechanics, and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in HFT, low-latency trading, or quantitative research (internships count!).
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or other programming languages used in trading.
• Familiarity with crypto markets, DeFi protocols, or blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
