Software Engineer

Since being founded in 2019, our client's team has grown to 80 people, and they are on track to achieve $100M in ARR this year. They have a loyal customer base, including Fortune 500 companies, and a Net Revenue Retention rate of over 170%.

You'll join our client's founding engineering team and play a critical role in building and scaling their core product. They're looking for engineers who are eager to build high-quality products quickly and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, working directly with the co-founder and CTO.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing new products and features from the ground up
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to understand and solve real-world problems
• Contributing to a high-quality codebase and expanding the engineering team's expertise

Requirements

Our client is seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience working at a talent-dense startup known for rapid growth and high-quality engineering (e.g., Stripe, Plaid, Databricks)
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and deploying to AWS
• Proficiency in our core tech stack: React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work directly with customers to understand their needs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Willingness to work on-site, five days a week, in the New York City office

• A Computer Science degree from a top university
