About This Opportunity

Jr. HR Advisor is a hands-on role with high level of flexibility who enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing business, capable of managing multiple demands and priorities. On this position important is to be appreciate and have a facility for interacting with people from many cultures and diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will…

  • Actively support the HRBP/HRM on all Company HR processes and employee life cycle events.
  • Update and maintain HR data for employees, and provide suitable metrics and analytics
  • Provide direction to employees and mid-management regarding to Company policy and guideline interpretation. Ensure legal compliance with regulations like fair employment, gender pay gap, workplace safety etc. Promptly handles speak up cases pertaining to Global Code of Conduct and/or compliance .
  • Collaborate closely with other HR functions within the Company.
  • Support employee experience events (office activities, team building activities, celebrations, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain written resources such as Handbooks, Guides, Newsletters, Policy Documentation, Employees communications, etc.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation meetings.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Participate in developing and delivering trainings.
  • Maintain relationship with external vendors.
  • Actively participate on the global and local HR projects implementation.
  • Be a trusted advisor: facilitate open communication with employees.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Knowledge of MS Office, including very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Bechalor’s degree, preferable in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year o
  • Fluent English required (reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor law as an additional benefit
