The Anywhere UX team is a quickly growing and constantly evolving team being positioned as a leader with vision in the company! We are seeking a versatile and experienced UX Designer to join our team and redefine the way people interact with real estate technology. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to build intuitive and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our clients and streamline their real estate journeys.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Work with the UX research team to conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and difficulties of our customers. Use these insights to inform your design decisions.
• Information Architecture: Develop clear and effective information architectures for our web and mobile applications, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate your design concepts. Iterate based on feedback and usability testing.
• UI Design: Work with a design system team to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces and influence new patterns.
• Usability Testing: Work with the UX research team to plan and conduct usability testing sessions to capture feedback and validate design choices. Use findings to refine and improve the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Documentation: Build design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and style guides, to ensure consistency and alignment throughout the development process.
• Stay Current: Stay up to date with industry trends, standard methodologies, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality of our user experiences.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related).
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
