A confirmed junior UX/UI Designer who’s eager to craft thoughtful, elegant user experiences and stunning interfaces. You’ve already got some real-world projects under your belt, and now you’re looking to go deeper — owning parts of the product experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing into a strong product thinker.

You'll join our Product & Design team to help shape how people interact with our digital products — from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points and needs.
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and maintain visual consistency.
  • Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal reviews.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across designs.
  • Support handoff to development with clearly annotated files and specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and clean, user-centered UI work.
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc).
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Comfortable working with both wireframes and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a drive to learn and iterate fast.
  • Solid communication skills (Explaining design decisions and accepting feedback).
  • Proficient level in both French and English.

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Previous experience with user testing tools (Maze, Useberry, etc).
  • Interest in motion design or microinteractions.
