📋 What You'll Be Doing

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities to inform product development
Roadmap & Feature Planning: Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features that align with business and customer goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and successful launches
Product Documentation: Develop and maintain user stories, specifications, and other documentation to guide product implementation
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT and QA to ensure features meet high standards of quality and functionality
Issue Management: Identify and troubleshoot product issues, collaborating with development and support teams to resolve them effectively
Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient solutions

Requirements

🎓 What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-3 years in product management or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills:

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development processes
Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and defining priorities
Familiarity with product management tools like Azure Board, Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork

Mindset: Adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
