We seek a skilled and proactive HR Specialist to join our team, overseeing HR functions across multiple business divisions.


Job Summary:

As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing group-wide HR initiatives and ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and efficiency across all HR operations. This role requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and best practices in people management within a fast-paced, multi-industry environment. Your responsibilities will range from recruiting and onboarding talent to implementing strategic HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the professional growth of our employees.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Design and implement engagement strategies and employee recognition programs to foster a productive and satisfied workforce.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to assess employee satisfaction and develop action plans based on feedback.


  • Performance Management
  • Support managers in conducting performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans for team members.
  • Implement performance management processes that encourage continuous feedback and professional growth.


  • HR Policy Development and Compliance
  • Assist in the formulation and revision of HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with UAE labor laws, and aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across all divisions within the group.


  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Work with the finance team to maintain competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.


  • Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to improve skills, leadership, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate group-wide training initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.


  • HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to analyze trends and support data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
  • Prepare reports on staffing, turnover, and other key HR metrics to support strategic planning.


Administrative and Asset Management

  • Monitor and track utility bills, ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions and maintain a smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain records and oversee the management of employee assets, such as laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment, to ensure accountability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Handle inventory, renewals, and replacement of assets as needed.


Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to improve skills, leadership, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate group-wide training initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, ideally within a multi-industry business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience within the manufacturing, real estate, or contracting sectors is preferred.
