Required Skills

• 4+ years of applied ML experience
• Demonstrable capability in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, Sklearn, spaCy, pandas, NumPy.
• Experience of building ML-based solutions within wider systems and owning the end-to-end process and lifecycle of ML systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks for versioning, reproducibility, observability etc.
• Experience monitoring, maintaining, enhancing existing models in production over an extended time period
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) is essential

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with GCP Services (Vertex AI, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with popular deep learning architectures (transformers, CNN, RNN, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of LLMs and/or AI agents and their applications
• Knowledge of Django
