Pursue Excellence, The Team:


As a member of the Project Management Team in the Stokke® R&D Team, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding the planning and execution of complex new product development projects, aligning with both the Project Scope and Stokke’s strategic ambitions. This role will involve leading cross-functional product development teams, providing strategic direction, and ensuring smooth progression across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will manage high-level cost control to support our business goals and partner closely with our Product Manager for successful market launches. Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for executive leadership on critical project initiatives, influencing key decisions and building strong stakeholder relationships.


Better Together, The Ideal Profile:


To thrive in this team in a Project Manager role or a Senior Project Manager role you will ideally bring:


  • Educational Foundation: MSc degree or equivalent in Product Development, Engineering, Design, or related fields.
  • High Potential and Experience or Extensive Experience: 3/ 10+ years working with or leading R&D projects, ideally in consumer products, with a T-shaped skill set spanning core disciplines like Design and Engineering alongside broader strategic insight.
  • Product Development Expertise: Proven experience in collaborating on or managing end-to-end product development, from concept to market, with in-depth knowledge of the consumer goods value chain.
  • Risk and Budget Mastery: Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures.
  • Language and Global Readiness: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), with a willingness to travel globally.
