We are looking for a DevOps Engineer passionate about automation and continuous improvement, bringing expertise in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role is key to enabling business agility across different units through the implementation of GitOps best practices, process automation, and ensuring service availability and security.
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with distributed teams based in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Design and build tools, documentation, and processes to promote a self-service infrastructure model.
- Define and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and SLOs (Service Level Objectives).
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Manage deployments and updates through CI/CD pipelines with a GitOps approach.
- Respond effectively to security incidents, service outages, or performance degradations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to networking, hardware, and operating systems.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Cloud (AWS): Hands-on experience with EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, EC2, and SQS.
- CI/CD & GitOps: Proven experience building pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
- Networking: Strong knowledge of DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, HTTP.
- Systems: Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
- Experience with GCP and/or Azure.
- Programming languages: Python, Go, or Java.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Effective communication in English (advanced level, C1+).
- Preferred but not mandatory: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications are considered a strong plus.
- Contractor role.
- Remote - HO.
