Job Title: Human Resources Specialist– Automotive Industry
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Reports to: General Manager / Regional HR Director
Job Objective:
Fully responsible for the HR strategy and operations of the local company in Argentina. This includes recruitment, talent management, employee development, labor law compliance, organizational effectiveness, and corporate culture, all aligned with the business goals of the automotive industry. The role supports sustainable business growth in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Recruitment and Development
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes for sales and marketing positions in the automotive sector
- Develop talent retention strategies and succession plans to ensure stability in key roles
2. Labor Relations and Legal Compliance
- Maintain constructive communication with labor unions and employee representatives; participate in collective bargaining
- Handle labor disputes and promote harmonious labor relations
- Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
3. Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits systems aligned with the local market
- Promote performance appraisal systems to boost organizational productivity and employee satisfaction
- Oversee payroll administration and the implementation of incentive mechanisms
4. Corporate Culture and Organizational Development
- Strengthen corporate values and culture to enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging
- Support change management and process optimization to help the company adapt to market changes
- Organize employee satisfaction surveys and develop improvement initiatives
5. Administrative tasks accorrding to the needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management; experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Argentine labor law and experience in union negotiations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and office software
- Fluent in English (for multinational companies)
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR management experience in multinational companies or automotive parts manufacturers
- Experience in labor mediation or arbitration
