About The Role

At Qt Group, we believe in creating an inclusive and energizing work environment that empowers our employees to thrive. We are seeking an accomplished Senior People & Culture Lead to join our team as the strategic HR Business Partner for our Software Quality Solutions Business Unit.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that directly enable business growth. You’ll operate in a truly global environment, leveraging your experience in scaling organizations, leading through change, and driving commercial value through people and culture initiatives.

This role is for a commercially minded HR professional who turns people strategy into business advantage. You’ll influence strategic decisions, shape the organization’s future, and equip leaders to build high-performing, resilient teams in a fast-paced, global growth environment.

This position is located in Qt headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring people strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and global growth plans
• Partner with People & Culture team to drive people strategy and streamline key processes such as recruitment planning, succession strategy, talent rotation, learning initiatives, and performance management
• Provide insightful guidance and consultation to both managers and employees, actively listening to their needs, and fostering effective communication channels that promote transparency and trust
• Leverage your expertise in data, labor laws, and policies to support managers’ decisions and optimize team dynamics
• Champion employee engagement efforts, coordinating and executing plans that strengthen our culture and retention globally
• Collaborate with global People & Culture colleagues to develop scalable, innovative practices that anticipate business needs
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role in a global, high-growth organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies and effectively contribute to Qt’s strategic objectives
• Excellent communication skills in English: ability to influence, collaborate, and engage with all levels of the organization
• Competence to navigate multicultural environments and drive complex organizational change projects, including M&A integration, organizational design, and leadership development programs
• Proactive, commercially driven mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively
