Join a fast-growing Irish SaaS provider powering multi-channel sales for major utilities and telecoms. As a Junior Customer Experience Engineer, you'll help shape digital customer journeys across modern platforms while learning hands-on with AI-augmented product engineering.

This isn't just support- as a Junior Customer Experience Engineer you'll work across configuration, L2 troubleshooting, data insights, and product improvement, directly influencing how agents and customers experience the sales journey.

• Configure, test, and optimise sales forms, workflows, and integrations.

• Troubleshoot Level 2 issues, analyse logs, and collaborate with developers on fixes.

• Propose and implement enhancements based on user feedback and live data.

• Query and interpret MongoDB to improve conversion and compliance.

• Partner with engineering on intelligent automations and next-gen customer flows.
  
  

• Recent graduate in Computer Science/Engineering or related (1st or high 2:1 preferred).

• Curious, analytical, and confident in technical troubleshooting.

• Clear communicator-comfortable with tickets, calls, and demos.

• Highly organised, adaptable, and quick to learn in a collaborative team.

• Interest in AI copilots and customer journey optimisation.
  
  

• Core: JavaScript (including a bespoke Domain Specific Language), HTML/CSS, MongoDB.

• Valuable Exposure: Angular, Node.js, Ionic (hybrid Android app).

• AI & Dev Tools: Internal AI "Cara", Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira, Confluence.
