Data Analyst (Process Mining)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Financial Client, I am seeking for a Data Analyst position with great experience in Process Mining analysis in Utrecht, Netherlands.

36- 40 hours

2 - 3 year project

Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

The project and responsibilities:

As a Process Mining Analyst, you will be the point person for such initiatives, coordinating with the various operational units of FEC (Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions) and other stakeholders.

Our CDD team is looking for improvement proposals to our CDD processes

based on data insights.

Top responsibilities:

• Based on stakeholders discussions, initiate and deliver process mining solutions in Celonis that can drive changes within FEC.
• Define process logging data requirements for new FEC systems.
• Help coach and develop more junior team members.

Must haves:

• You have experience in building, operating and operationalising process mining

solutions

• You are able to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs and

you possess process-oriented thinking

• You feel confident in working in and with a diverse and complex stakeholder field
• You are motivated to help our internal clients improve their business processes by

providing them with actionable insights

• You have a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement - you enjoy

challenging the status quo and are able to simplify things

• You possess excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to support

stakeholders in their ambition to become more data-driven in their decision making

• Knowledge about linking data in systems, Business Intelligence and frameworks such

as PDCA and Lean SixSigma are a plus
