Role Summary

We’re looking for a detail-driven Business Analyst Intern to turn data and stakeholder input into clear requirements, process improvements, and actionable insights. You’ll support client projects end-to-end from discovery and analysis to documentation and reporting, while learning best practices in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Map and improve processes (current vs. future state) using simple diagrams and SOPs.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present concise findings.
• Build lightweight dashboards/reports to track KPIs and project outcomes.
• Support user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming in Agile environments.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications

• Working toward or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/IT, or related field.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots), strong quantitative skills.
• Fundamental understanding of requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional English required.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time, and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Basics of SQL or Python for analysis.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Jira/Trello, or CRM platforms.

Job Type: Internship

Compensation: €15 per hour

Schedule: 25–35 hours/week, Mon–Fri, flexible during CET

Duration: 3–6 months (with possibility to extend)

Equipment: BYO laptop suitable for remote work
