Full Stack Developer (Core Java)

We are looking for talented individuals to fill a permanent position with one of our esteemed global clients


Experience: 10+ years

Location: Sydney, Australia

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).


Key Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring/SpringBoot, J2EE) and web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML).
  • Expertise in persistence technologies (Hibernate/JPA).
  • Experience in web development (Angular, HTML, JavaScript, JSP).
  • Skilled in structured SDLC processes, particularly Agile/Scrum.
  • Solid knowledge in OO Design, UML, domain modeling, and web security standards (OWASP top 10).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift).


Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual software engineering initiatives, including POCs and R&D, and provide strategic guidance across multiple engineering squads.
  • Drive software development that aligns with functional, non-functional, and future maintenance requirements.
  • Mentor team members to deliver high-quality, cost-effective code.
  • Lead REST and SOAP-based services design, implementation, and issue diagnosis.
  • Ensure security, performance, and quality standards are met through robust testing and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with business users to validate requirements and develop solutions.
  • Oversee production support to minimize disruptions and identify improvement opportunities.
