Windows Desktop Engineer

We are looking for a 5 years of experience Windows Desktop Engineer to join our team on a long-term mission with one of our leading banking clients in Luxembourg. If you’re passionate about Microsoft technologies, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint security, this role is made for you!

Responsibilities and Objectives:

As part of the IT Application & Endpoint Management section within IT Production, you will:

• Maintain and optimize Intune for managing Windows and iOS devices.
• Configure and manage profiles, compliance, and remediations.
• Create, validate, and deploy applications across the enterprise.
• Act as 3rd-level support and technical reference for Intune.
• Manage OS lifecycle and ensure proper patching (OS & applications).
• Contribute to the security and evolution of endpoints.
• Perform technology watch around Intune and modern workplace solutions.
• Work closely with a dynamic team of 10 engineers in Luxembourg.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven expertise with Intune (Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance, day-to-day enterprise use).
• Experience in documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Strong experience with Windows OS engineering and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Awareness of secure environments and banking/financial SLAs.
• French & English languages required

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of MECM, Windows 11, and Application Packaging.
• Awareness of Microsoft security & cybersecurity best practices.
