DevOps Engineer Specialist - CDI - CDI

Budget: 70000-75000

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer Specialist (permanent contract – CDI) to join our team at GS Advisory and work on a long-term assignment at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg.

You will be part of a strategic project (OMEGA – counterparty lifecycle management system, built on PEGA CLM & KYC v8.8.53) with confirmed visibility until December 2028, ensuring the development, deployment, and reliability of a flagship application at the heart of the EIB Group’s digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of the OMEGA platform
• Ensure smooth deployments and continuity by maintaining coding standards, version control, and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and developers to validate technical feasibility of user stories
• Implement integrations (REST/SOAP), case management, decisioning, and event-driven architecture in PEGA
• Optimize performance, modularity, and guardrails compliance in PEGA applications
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and knowledge sharing within the team
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience on the PEGA platform
• PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification – mandatory
• Strong hands-on expertise with PEGA 8.8+ versions
• Experience in case management, decisioning, UI/UX, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, quality & security checks, deployment automation)
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

• PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certification
• Experience with Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and Pega Deployment Manager (PDM)
• Familiarity with PEGA CLM/KYC module
