About the Role:

As a Data Scientist, you will lead the design of solutions and manage the teams that develop them within projects. You will select the appropriate team, ensure skills acquisition if needed, and guarantee proper solution delivery, monitoring, and governance using MLOps.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage data and domain knowledge to solve business problems and create quantifiable value.
• Work cross-functionally to define problems, collect data, build models, and design solutions.
• Build and maintain data-driven optimization models, experiments, forecasting algorithms, and capacity constraint models.
• Lead teams in delivering models using best MLOps practices.
• Communicate final recommendations and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Management Science.
• Proficient in Python; experience with Pyspark/Spark-mllib is a plus.
• Familiar with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, matplotlib, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Professional experience with Java, Scala, or Spark.
• Experience in leading teams in a project environment.
• Experience in delivering projects using MLOps best practices.
• Strong adaptability, autonomy, and teamwork skills.
• Motivated for international projects and willing to travel if required.
• Excellent communication skills.
