Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to support our client in strengthening the security of their critical applications and systems. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying, assessing, and managing cyber risks while ensuring that security is embedded across the entire application landscape - from development through to operations.

You will define and implement preventive measures, manage existing security risks, and help shape the strategic direction for cyber security. In addition, your responsibilities will include knowledge transfer, documentation, and participation in a 24/7 on-call service to ensure operational reliability.

You bring a Master’s degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science, along with several years of hands-on experience in the cyber security field. A broad IT background - including knowledge of programming, IT architecture, technologies, and system interfaces - is essential. You have proven experience in areas such as application, data, and configuration management. Strong communication skills in German and English, a structured working style, and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset complete your profile.
